Job Duration: 12 months (Contract)

Pay Rate: $44.00/hr


Job Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Immigration Coordinator to provide support for our immigration program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, maintenance of records, managing immigration inquiries, and providing general administrative support. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.


Responsibilities:

Data entry and maintenance of data integrity

Support business inquiries

Employment verification and business travel letter support

Software data management, configuration, maintenance, and operation

Immigration inbox management

File and maintain digital files and supporting documentation

Open or close records/cases

Schedule internal and client meetings, coordinate team meetings, and schedule conference calls

Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues

Follow up with team members for outstanding documentation

Routine case monitoring

Create electronic files

Update client information in the database

Undertake independent projects

Monitor case status and track expiration dates

Compose routine correspondence to clients

Provide additional administrative support to the department

Other duties as required


Qualifications:

Proven experience as an immigration coordinator or paralegal or in a similar role

Familiarity with immigration processes and procedures is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in MS Office and database management

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
