Focus:

  • Direct the daily operations of the press room, ensuring effective execution of print production tasks.
  • Mentor and develop team leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and teamwork.
  • Implement Six Sigma and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes and achieve production goals.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience; or a combination of education and extensive operational experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of ten years in the print industry with at least five years in a managerial role.
  • Strong familiarity with UV/LED large format sheetfed Komori Printing Presses, digital printing technologies, and Pre-Press operations.
  • Proficient in Silk Screen processes and equipment, with experience in managing large format offset printing presses.
  • Proven ability in staff supervision, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications to manage workflow efficiently.
