Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on researching potential ticket opportunities across various genres, including sports, comedy, Broadway, extreme sports, and concerts. Your insights will guide our purchasing strategies and help maximize our inventory’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on upcoming events, presales, and ticket trends across sports, comedy, Broadway, extreme sports, and concerts.
• Analyze market demand, pricing trends, and historical performance of similar events to identify profitable opportunities.
• Track and evaluate presale opportunities and event schedules on platforms such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, Paciolan, and others.
• Work closely with buyers and the sales team to communicate findings and recommend purchasing strategies.
• Utilize data tools and software to compile, track, and analyze event-related data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market trends and research findings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry news, popular events, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with the ticket reselling industry is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
