  • This position will be responsible for design, orchestrating, and implementing clients ServiceNow IT service management solutions.
  • Creating strategic roadmaps for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business and IT goals.
  • Design the overall architecture of the ServiceNow implementation, including integrations with other enterprise systems and data flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversees the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring best practices are followed and the platform is used to its full potential.
  • Ensures ServiceNow integrates seamlessly with other enterprise tools and systems (e.g. Workday, Snowflake, Harness, Jira, etc) to enhance workflow automation and data consistency across the board.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the ServiceNow deployment adheres to relevant security protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it can scale effectively with the growth of the business.
  • Oversee any necessary custom development with the platform.
