Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Fullstack Engineer position for a Healthcare company that drives better health outcomes by uniting technology and clinical relationships through a connected healthcare network. This is an exciting opportunity to support a client facing product with mobile integration and new build work

  • Be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.
  • Utilizes development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces.
  • Plan and execute system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.
  • Demonstrate conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems.
  • Analyze production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents


The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be willing to work hybrid – onsite in Dublin, OH Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Interested in working in the full-stack, from developing frontend web applications to implementing business logic and optimizing database transactions, and building APIs
  • A proven track record of executing complex, medium-to-large feature releases that span multiple months
  • Interest in working in a customer-focused environment
  • Interest in working with other engineering teams and cross functional partners
  • Working knowledge of the primary technologies we use:
  • Java
  • Vue
  • Elastic Search
  • Microservices
  • Strong Agile Engineering Practice
  • Proficiency in API Design
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies (CI/CD, AWS and Azure)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and principles
