The Staff Accountant’s primary responsibilities will include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, conducting internal audits, and maintaining accounts payable documentation. Candidate will assist the Controller as needed and respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes. Salary range is $67,000 to $76,000 annually.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month end closing process
  • Oversee Fixed Asset and Capital Expenditure tracking
  • Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets, project budgets, and performance projections
  • Maintain documentation for accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing and conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to ad hoc information request in a timely fashion, review financial statements and assist with audits
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, preferred
  • Working knowledge of job costing
  • 1+ Years of Accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of GAAP, FX translation, multi-company environments
  • Proficient with Spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS)
