Pivotree provides services focused on the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of complex ecommerce solutions for large enterprises. We provide the technical skills necessary to enable the effective use of technologies combined with the business context to leverage a solution to solve our clients' business challenges. We strive to fill the gaps in available technology with our own IP to reduce the barriers to adoption.


We enable inclusive, immersive and highly personalized experiences for our clients and their customers. We build our products with a view to productizing and scaling technology to lower the costs and reduce the risks of implementing and managing our integrated solutions. Our solutions contain reliable and reputable e-commerce, Data Management, Order Management or Warehouse Management platforms, which run on enterprise grade infrastructure that are customized to meet a variety of client needs, situations, and budgets. Over the next 10 years we will add new categories and capabilities that will define frictionless commerce ecosystems.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for an Information Architect to work in the exciting, growing field of digital commerce and master data management The ideal candidate has seasoned experience in leading teams; client consulting; great communication skills; has experience being a mentor, creating functional data models such as taxonomies and attribute/schema definitions including product categories/product filters/product information. Roles & Responsibilities:

● Lead fast paced digital transformation initiatives across multiple clients

● Liaise with internal project team, client project teams, and cross functional teams within the

business unit

● Accountable for quality and timeliness of client programs

● Shapes strategies and plans for continued client engagement

● Lead client meetings to present solutions, discuss best practices related to product

information and gain client trust by delivering solutions to solve existing enterprise data

challenges

● Lead the development and refinement of functional data models large scale commerce and

master data clients

● Lead internal teams and in product categories to produce clear, logical, and structured

hierarchies for a broad range of complex product lines

● Research technical products to become a subject matter expert and apply knowledge

across projects

● Act as a mentor to team members to encourage growth within the team

● Translate client goals into concrete tasks and timelines and present to project leadership


Key Skills and Competencies:

● 5+ years professional experience leading client programs, mentoring teams, managing

assignments, and organizing schedules

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an analytic, data-focused field such as library and

information sciences, linguistics, businesses administration

● Experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets

● Experience in taxonomy, hierarchies, and classification

● Ability to juggle simultaneous tasks and multiple projects
