We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Kronos and Oracle E-Business Suite Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our ERP systems. This role focuses on ensuring the functionality, performance, and integration of Kronos Workforce Management and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between IT, HR, and Finance teams, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and maintaining system integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

System Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for Kronos Workforce Management and Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the stability of applications.

Configuration and Optimization:

  • Configure and optimize Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle EBS modules, including HR, Payroll, Financials, and Supply Chain, to align with organizational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing processes within Kronos and Oracle EBS.

Integration Management:

  • Ensure seamless integration between Kronos, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain system interfaces and data flows.
  • Test and validate system integrations during upgrades or implementation of new modules.

System Upgrades and Enhancements:

  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for both Kronos and Oracle EBS.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement new functionalities or resolve complex issues.
  • Document changes and ensure compliance with change management policies.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain custom reports in Kronos and Oracle EBS based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Training and Documentation:

  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure effective utilization of systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing questions and offering guidance.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure systems comply with relevant data protection and security standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and system security.
  • Implement role-based access controls and manage user permissions.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management and Oracle E-Business Suite support.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting Kronos and Oracle EBS modules such as HR, Payroll, Financials, or Supply Chain.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Kronos Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules and tools like PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
