About the Role: Capstone Search Advisors has partnered with a respected national insurance company to find an experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join their team in Cleveland, OH. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of remote and in-office work.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in the Property & Casualty insurance field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policies, a proven track record of making strategic decisions, and excellent critical thinking skills. This role is more than just a filing position; we are looking for someone who can take the lead in regulatory compliance matters and play a key decision-making role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regulatory compliance for Property & Casualty insurance products, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations.
- Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance and offer guidance on complex compliance issues.
- Analyze regulatory changes and provide recommendations to ensure the company’s operations remain compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into the company’s processes.
- Oversee regulatory filings, audits, and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Play a decision-making role in shaping compliance strategies and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory filings.
- Experience in a decision-making capacity within the Property & Casualty space (not limited to a filing analyst role).
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
