Job Summary: 

 The commercial recruiter acts as the primary link between an employer or organization and a potential job candidate for Kleenmark’s commercial accounts. This position is responsible for duties such as conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and ensuring the medical organization is paired with a candidate who will meet and fulfill the needs of the employer or organization. College degree in similar field or a related field is often preferred. 

 

Essential Job Functions: 

 Recruitment  

  • Provide full life cycle recruiting to fill assigned positions.  
  • Work with different stakeholders to properly receive new employees within the organization by preparing for logistics arrangements, and proper orientation and onboarding.  
  • Reviewing applicants' resumes.  
  • Placing and assigning employees at assigned buildings or offices.  
  • Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner.  
  • Performing background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts, and credentials. 
  • Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate  
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers by advising on job design, job descriptions, job classification, and providing timely and high-quality support throughout the process.  
  • Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve candidate experience through a user-friendly application experience and through keeping the shortlisted candidates informed and engaged during and after the application process.  
  • Work with the Leaders of KleenMark’s operation team on all staffing aspects of proposal development process.  
  • Review recruitment packages coming from other recruiters for accuracy, adherence to recruitment SOP, and quality of recruitment process.  
  • Provide recruitment support during humanitarian responses and rapid deployments.  
  • Evaluate candidate experience and implement strategies that sustain acceptable retention metrics.  
  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Technical skills – Competent with the use of web-based technologies and social media to support recruiting efforts, so computer and technical skills are frequently essential in this role. 
  • Networking –This incumbent should be skilled networkers, able to build professional relationships and identify opportunities to connect individuals in their networks with opportunities.  
  • Team coordination –The Lead recruiter tend to work with teams of other recruiters, so they should be able to effectively coordinate team activities to achieve common goals.  
  • Analytical thinking – Examine applicant resumes and other credentials to find suitable candidates for positions within their organizations, recruitment specialists need excellent analytical skills.  
  • Communication skills – Written and verbal communication are important in this position, as Lead recruiter must effectively communicate with job candidates and managers within their organizations.  
  • Problem solving skills – Demonstrate brainstorming, creative thinking, predication, forecasting, project design, and project planning skills.  
  • Time Management skills – Demonstrate organization, prioritization, goal setting, planning, delegation, and stress management skills.  

 

Education and Experience:  

  •  Proven recruitment results and metrics.  
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, required 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

  •  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.  

 

Travel required: Yes  

  • Ability to travel in a designated region (i.e. Fox Valley, Madison, and Milwaukee area)  
  • Travel to building sites.  
  • Travel to job fairs or seminars.
