Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in our marketing efforts by supporting various marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, updating the website, developing sales tools, conducting competitive analysis, and more. This position requires excellent writing skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, basic SEO understanding, strong copywriting abilities, and creative research skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content such as blogs, press releases, case studies, and case studies to engage and inform our target audience.
  • Website Updates: Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Sales Tools Creation: Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product datasheets, to support the sales team.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on competitors, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • SEO: Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
  • Creative Research: Perform creative research to generate new ideas and strategies for content and campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

Preferred Qualifications:
