  • Knowledge of building systems and materials to identify failures, damages, or defects to mechanical/electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
  • Knowledge of building materials, field investigation methods, and scientific principles as they relate to mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Working knowledge of building codes.
  • Ability to work outdoors to perform inspections and building evaluations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.


A bachelor’s degree in one of the above engineering disciplines and 2 years practical experience is preferred; however, we are interested in speaking with qualified candidates of all experience levels.
