Their lawyers interact regularly with the DOL and IRS on plan audit and plan correction issues and maintain close working relationships with PBGC. Their employee benefits practice is not a department within the firm – the firm’s entire mission is to represent employee benefit plans.



The position provides a collegial environment and the ability to tackle employee benefit issues with a team-oriented approach, working side-by-side with experienced employee benefit attorneys. It also offers the possibility of significant client contact and management of client work. The chosen candidate will learn and expand their skill set in employment law
