We are seeking a dynamic and motivated and experienced Alternative Driveline Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in revolutionizing the transportation industry by leading the training and support efforts for our clients groundbreaking electric tractor line and more. As an Alternative Driveline Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair service on transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, axles, hydraulic pumps, motors and valves. This will give the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the American Continent, collaborating closely with our dealer network and clients to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of EV tractors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for our client dealer network on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our electric tractor line.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to dealers and clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to alternative driveline systems.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and support teams to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of our electric tractors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance technical proficiency among stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in alternative driveline technologies, incorporating best practices into our product offerings and support strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience or strong interest in electric vehicles and alternative driveline systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the American Continent, including visits to ports and logistic distribution centers.
  • Strong organizational skills and mindfulness to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
