  • Carries the following personality traits – teachable, humility, willingness to work hard, the Ability to take initiative and accept responsibility;
  • Bachelor’s degree plus OR equivalent work experience;
  • Real Estate Salespersons License or in the process of obtaining a license


Detailed attributes & day-to-day workload:


Under the general supervision of the investment sales team, you will provide basic financial analysis for real estate transactions, produce investment packages for capital sources, conduct underwriting of disposition and acquisition opportunities, perform financial modeling, coordinate the acquisition and disposition process for due diligence.


  • Prepare cash flow analysis, summary documentation, and spreadsheets;
  • Able to prepare and conduct written and oral presentations; communicates well;
  • Business Development - new client relationships and existing clients;
  • Research the local market drivers and staying up-to-date on secular industry trends;
