DIGITAL TECHNICAL PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER currently in BURBANK, CA. area

Location: MUST currently live in the immediate BURBANK, CA. area (Applicants not in the immediate area will be deleted without review)

Hourly Range: $95-100/hr.

18-month W2 contract

This is a Digital Strategy project where the PM will be driving multiple digital strategy projects in parallel. This is not a project where the PM is implementing releases or solutions. As part of the Digital Strategy Team, they are helping to lead efforts where the teams are working on the go forward strategy for future digital solutions that support Workforce Technology. They need to understand the voice of the client/end users and understand capabilities that go forward solutions should offer.

Work Experience –

• years of applicable program/project management experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company
• years’ experience serving in a leadership role on a small to mid-sized Agile development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• years’ experience in leading technology, multidisciplinary efforts across a large-scale matrix organization.

Skills / Specialized Knowledge/ Competencies –

• program-level experience in leading technology projects or multi-threaded efforts
• to modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes, and practices, including Jira/Confluence, Agile Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Management, and SaaS/PaaS.
• experience and a moderate level of competency in the use of modern program and project management tools, such as ServiceNow, PPM, Clarity, Smartsheet, MS Project Online, etc.
• organizing teams through Agile ceremonies, e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• with a wide range of productivity tools, including collaboration software (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and standard MS Office tools (e.g., Outlook Online, OneDrive).

Preferred Qualifications

Digital Strategy experience

Prior experience leading HCM projects

Prior experience/exposure leading AI projects

Education

BA/BS in Business, Computer Science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience

Licenses / Training (e.g. professional certifications)

PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies are preferred

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is $95.00/hr. - $100/hr. and is an Exempt role.
