DUTIES and SPECIFICATIONS:

The Marketing Associate/Project manager position will include but are not limited to the below responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the deployment and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the curation and communication of marketing objective and programs to all applicable personnel.
  • Be able to review and confirm the accurate launch of all marketing programs.
  • Maintain a well-organized checklist of all marketing items as it relates to property dispositions and acquisitions.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and clients via calls, emails, webinars, and presentations.
  • Possess the ability to review in fine detail all written and created materials to ensure quality content is provided.
  • Be available for occasional travel out-of-town for meetings and educational conferences.


SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Enthusiastic about detail
  • Must be able to review items very closely to confirm accuracy
  • Must possess strong writing skills
  • Possess exceptional communication ability
  • Be able to identify any incorrect aspects of a project and inform the team responsible
  • Strong ability to manage time and perform under pressure to hit deadlines


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience required


WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Marketing Associate must be able to work in an office environment. They work normal business hours, although long hours and evening meetings are required. This position is exempt from overtime and may entail working hours as needed to perform the position requirements satisfactorily. This position will involve light travel for training and education seminars.
