Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and produce creative assets including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, signage (window/building), flyers, posters, pitch materials, event collateral, and social media content. 
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative ideas that align with brand and marketing strategies. 
  • Collaborate with external marketing and creative agencies to ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for both new and ongoing projects. 
  • Produce creative slide decks for corporate presentations and internal briefs. 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting creative and brand standards. 
  • Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovation and AI tools into design processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, finance, or corporate sectors. 
  • Proven expertise in brand identity design, corporate presentations, and digital content creation. 
  • Strong understanding of the production process, from concept to final execution, including file preparation and installation. 
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Illustrator). 
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creativity and design innovation. 
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excitement about integrating new technologies and trends into your design work.
