General Position Description:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring the execution of material movements in and out of the factory. This role manages shipping, receiving, and inventory in collaboration with the Procurement team and must maintain accurate records to ensure compliance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing material flow to meet manufacturing requirements
  • Assist with procurement processes and actions
  • Perform monthly cycle counts and maintain accurate records, system integrity, and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish inventory reconciliations, customer shipments, and material issuances
  • Interface with trades contractors and vendors regarding facility improvements, repairs, or amenities


Required Skills and/or Experience:

  • 2+ year(s) experience in shipping and receiving within an ERP/MRP system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP/MRP inventory management
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience or interest in supporting facilities activities
