Reporting to the General Manager and Purchasing Manager the Back of House Manager will:
- Process requisitions and conduct prompt, thorough, inspection of deliveries to make certain specifications are met.
Maintain clean and safe storerooms and issue goods to departments according to their needs.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Manager on out-of-stock items that must be ordered for delivery, as well as any new items requested by customers.
- Keep accurate records in all systems and direct end of month inventory.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant experience, in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Experience and knowledge of purchasing software system preferred.
- Hotel opening experience preferred.
- Knowledge in and or experience with 5 Star service standards is preferred.
