Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and calculations for various types of structures, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Design and prepare detailed drawings using industry-standard software and tools.
  • Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure structural designs align with architectural concepts.
  • Evaluate existing structures and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of design plans.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for projects, including cost estimates and feasibility studies.
  • Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project milestones.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in civil-structural engineering, including design and analysis.
  • Proficiency in civil-structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, RISA and STAAD.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
