Are you passionate about oncology research and clinical trials? Our client, a leading biotech company focused on developing innovative cancer therapies, is seeking a talented Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join their team in Redwood City, CA.


As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing oncology clinical trials from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking cancer treatments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of oncology clinical trials (Phase I-III), ensuring successful execution, adherence to timelines, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), vendors, and investigators, to ensure smooth trial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Develop and execute clinical trial plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical trial issues, providing guidance and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Prepare and review regulatory submissions and clinical trial documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and track trial data, ensuring timely collection, entry, and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with study sites, investigators, and external partners to ensure trial success.


Qualifications:

  • Oncology experience is essential – familiarity with oncology therapeutic areas, clinical trial protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in managing clinical trials, particularly Phase I-III oncology studies.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including study design, implementation, and compliance (GxP, ICH, FDA).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple trials simultaneously while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Onsite presence required 3x per week in Redwood City, CA to collaborate closely with internal teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including clinical sites and vendors.
