The Utilization Review and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator for Albright LIFE is responsible for coordinating utilization review activities and managing the reporting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance participant outcomes. This position plays a key role in analyzing performance data, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration, and promoting high-quality care within the PACE program.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in utilization review and quality/reporting, preferably within a PACE program or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly MatrixCare.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
