This role offers a hybrid work model. (Remote position, however, must live within driving distance to the local office as occasional onsite work may be required.) Experience in the areas of Construction Defect Litigation (developer representation) General Casualty/PI preferred, but recent Litigation is a must. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with Senior Partners and ideal candidates will excel in research, writing and discovery processes.
