Role: PeopleSoft Project Manager

Location: San Carlos, CA (Day1 Onsite)

Job description

  • Minimum of 12+ years of Industrial experience and 5+ years of Project Manager experience across PeopleSoft projects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft Upgrade projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Should have PeopleSoft HCM/financials 9.2 Upgrade project management experience.
  • Should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore Project Manager based out of India.
  • Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, stakeholders, and clients, to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment & satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
