GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in a leadership role. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and requires schedule flexibility to support a variety of shifts.


PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing daily activities, leading a production team with varying levels of experience and education.
  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on productivity.
  • Develop, coach, train, and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Effectively motivate and communicate with assigned team to assure superior levels of safety, reliability, cleanliness, and quality.
  • Accomplishing manufacturing results by communicating job expectations and plans.
  • Ensure improvement of bottom-line results through department-wide measurements that demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiency.


PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
  • Strong working knowledge of production and warehouse operations and management.
  • Demonstrate leadership, good judgment, sound decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
