Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager at TECH-ECS, LLC located in Hydro, OK. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including inside sales, quotations, customer satisfaction, relationship building, account management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of electrical controls products such as contactors, circuit breakers, and disconnects, and understand their application.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical controls products.
• Experience with inventory management
• Inside Sales and Account Management skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building abilities
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the electrical supply industry is a plus
• Knowledge of electrical systems is desired.
