Position: Operations Manager

Location: Tilton, NH


Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Manager with a passion for skincare and beauty to lead our distribution center. In this role, you’ll manage manufacturer relationships, streamline warehouse workflows, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely order fulfillment.
  • Supervise one warehouse employee handling packing, shipping, and inventory tasks.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee the purchasing and coordination of incoming products.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and shipping.
  • Resolve order discrepancies promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Bookkeeping:

  • Perform general ledger tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining balance sheets.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting to align with financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data recording.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in distribution center management and bookkeeping, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, and Cin7 is appreciated but not required.
