Day-to-Day

  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance metrics, using analytics tools to measure defined KPIs for all channels surrounding brand awareness, prospect consideration, and conversion to sales.
  • Design, conduct, and effectively analyze robust tests, including A/B and SEO.
  • Develop and create engaging content for various marketing channels, including emails, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Create and update branding and other marketing tools for the company, including a Sales Enablement Toolbox.
  • Develop and maintain the customer value story via surveys and other exploratory tactics.
  • Monitor and guide outside marketing vendors.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to maintain alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Document and maintain processes, project information, and SOPs for the department.
  • Always practice excellent internal and external customer service


Management

  • Manage all members of the Marketing team, which currently includes the Lead Generation team.
  • Establish expectations and set goals for employees based on all project benchmarks.
  • Evaluate performance based on job descriptions.
  • Complete one-on-ones with employees and monitor autonomy, competency, relatedness, and hygiene factors.
  • In collaboration with Human Resources, support team member development, facilitate conflict resolution, and minimize inventory of one risk.
  • Monitor on department KPIs, including the budget, for performance and optimization, properly defining each per marketing channel.
  • Effectively communicate analyses.
  • Alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing, determine hiring needs, coordinate onboarding, and rollout training programs for new employees.


Strategic

  • Continuously build consistent processes for the department.
  • Maintain compliance and keep up-to-date any policy changes from services used by the company.
  • Research and understand manufacturing market trends, advising the Executive Team as needed.
  • Remain knowledgeable on new marketing trends, implementing as applicable.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, including managing resource allocation and priority alignment alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Complete evaluations for external partnerships and onboard effectively, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Management to create strategic initiatives on a quarterly basis to increase brand awareness, attract and capitalize on prospects, and to improve conversions.


Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and Other Related DNS Records
  • Experience with API Integrations
  • Experience with A/B or Multivariate Tests
  • Experience in ROI & other KPI tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Email Campaigns
  • Strong Digital Skills (Email, MS Office, G-Suite, etc.)

  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience large data set manipulation and analysis (Python, SQL, R Studio, etc.)
  • HTML/PHP/Web Programming

  • 2 or 4 Year Degree in Related Field
