All Lines Technology is seeking an IT / IS analyst II in Riverdale The individual in this role analyzes, enhances and supports business processes that may span multiple computing environments, but exist primarily in the Linux/Oracle area of IT.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes and a general understanding of the aluminum manufacturing business.
  • Takes initiative to identify and implement system and/or process improvements in their area of support.
  • Interacts with systems analysts and business process owners and local user experts.
  • Effectively utilizes project methodology and tools to deliver solutions and communicate status.
  • Operates within and influences IS standards and conventions and promotes adherence within the IS organization.


Requirements:

  • SQL Programming (SQL, T-SQL, or PL/SQL).
  • .Net, C, C#, or Java programming experience is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Proficiency with database query tools (SQL Developer and/or SSMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers, other analysts, and management.
  • Solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and programming techniques
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced translating business requirements into system functional requirements.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
