This is a permanent, long-term career position with a genuine career path to a Senior Project Manager position. Fantastic role for PMs at traditional GCs looking to work for a Developer with awesome perks on offer including hybrid 4 days remote, 1 day in-person amongst other benefits.Your new role:The projects you will be working on are $50M - $100M new construction multifamily projects across Northern and Central Virginia. Position reports into a Senior Project Manager and you have administrative and accounting support.Core job duties include:Full lifecycle ownership on assigned multifamily projects including Preconstruction through construction and handover.Setting and ongoing management of project budgets throughout the project cycle.Attend and hold progress meetings with all associated parties in attendance.Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, RFIs throughout projects.Solicit, coordinate, and manage subcontractorsManage project invoicing alongside project accounting.Work alongside the field management team and help provide them with support throughout the project delivery.What you need to succeed:6+ years of Construction experience working for a commercial construction general contractor as a Project Manager.High preference for Multifamily project experience, market rate, luxury residential projects or garden style apartments on $50M projects.
