Job Description: Flavor Hills is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This position requires a leader with passion for culinary excellence, advanced cooking techniques, and a strong ability to manage both kitchen operations and business aspects of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-quality food preparation, effective team leadership, and creative menu development while ensuring cost-efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality control.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development
  • Creating featured menu items that satisfy customer preferences, seasonal availability, and align with our menu concept.
  • Kitchen Management

Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. Ability to mentor and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff. Ensuring every plate meets the company's standards. Controlling costs without compromising on quality. Enforcing strict hygiene and food safety protocols. Currently has an up-to-date ServSafe Manager certification. Engaging with guests to gather feedback and foster a positive dining experience. Staying abreast of culinary trends and introducing innovative concepts.
