Compensation: $60-70k
Day-to-Day: The drafter will be an integral part of the back-of-house operations, focusing on the design and development of Revit drafting models. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and will involve direct reporting to the studio architect manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established design standards.
- Develop comprehensive construction document plans and specifications across various project phases.
- Collaborate closely with the architectural team to support both commercial and residential projects.
- Maintain clear communication with the studio architect manager, providing regular updates on drafting progress and challenges.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and designing architectural models using Revit.
- Proven ability to prepare complete construction documents and specifications for all design phases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure in architecture; while not mandatory, holding an AIA certification is considered a significant asset.
