Position Summary: The ServiceNow Support Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the ServiceNow platform within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning as needed
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
  • Assist with the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and new features
  • Participate in on-call support rotation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or similar role
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
