Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Technician position at Harper Clinic, Utah. The role involves handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and assisting in office organization, inventory and cleanliness.

*Afternoon shift 12-5pm M-F


Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a healthcare or wellness environment is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
