We are seeking a talented Construction Manager to join our Construction Department You will oversee all residential construction projects, from pre-contract to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

•      Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and create accurate project proposals.

•      Manage project budgets and schedules and ensure code compliance throughout the construction process.

•      Oversee project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and efficient project flow.

•      Conduct regular client meetings, address concerns promptly, and maintain positive client relationships.

•      Identify and proactively address potential project challenges and implement solutions to minimize delays.

•      Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and filed according to company standards.


Qualifications:

•      Minimum of five years of experience in residential construction project management.

•      Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

•      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•      Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a team.

•      Proficient in construction industry terminology, standards, and best practices.

•      Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.

•      Experience with project management software is a plus.


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and uptoup to 100 lbs. occasionally.Mustoccasionally. Must be able to sit at a desk for at least 4 hours.Musthours. For on-site job inspections, you must be able to walk, bend, and crawl. Must be able to talk on the phone and work on a computer simultaneously.
