Role: Software Engineer

Location: Horsham, PA (hybrid)

Salary: $70K-$105 (depending on experience) + benefits package

FULL TIME


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and finalize requirements.
  • Draft and review detailed specifications for moderately complex system components.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand product needs and translate them into effective software designs.
  • Implement development processes, enforce coding standards, and actively participate in code reviews.
  • Operate within various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including bug fixes.
  • Design program workflows, write efficient code, and perform unit testing to deliver robust solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in C# (mandatory), with familiarity in other languages such as Angular, React, JavaScript, C/C++, HTML, or XML being an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the .NET framework, with experience in .NET 8 preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in data modeling and data storage subsystems.
  • Proficiency in working with data manipulation languages, particularly SQL.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, including unit testing and maintaining high code coverage.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external technology teams.
  • Expertise in drafting and reviewing detailed specifications for moderately complex system components.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
