Job Summary:


Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and a strong proficiency in Excel. This role also requires experience in packaging and presentation to maintain the quality and appeal of our products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, distribution, and record-keeping. Ensure accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Utilize Sage 100 ERP for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and system maintenance.
  • Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management. Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory levels, order status, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are packed correctly and meet presentation standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for the warehouse team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the warehouse.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 ERP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or work experience
