Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data processing tasks.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and big data architectures.
  • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in data analysis is desirable.
