GC Realty & Development, LLC is a well-established residential property management company with 21 years of experience, overseeing 1,400 units in the Chicago area. We've achieved consistent growth every year, providing stability and opportunities for our team members to grow alongside us.

What You Will Get:

• Hourly - $23.00-$26.00
• Gas Stipend - Up to $150.00 per week
• Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)

What You'll Bring:

What Your Day Looks Like

• Begin your day from home w/dispatch instructions sent to you the night before.
• Complete 3-5 maintenance work orders daily at a variety of properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings.
• Efficiently close out tasks and upload photos of completed work into our system using a company-provided cell phone.
• Work orders may include everyday repairs, rental license requirements, Section 8 fixes, and any other home-related issues.
• Deliver "The GC Realty Experience" by being approachable, solving problems on the first visit, and leaving residents with a positive, lasting impression.
• Collaborate and communicate throughout the day with your dispatcher, manager, and team members to ensure seamless service.
• Act as the company's eyes and ears at each stop, reporting any observations. "See Something, Say Something."
• Stay on the job until it's completed when necessary to ensure quality work.
• After finishing your final work order for the day, head home
