Role: Marketing Specialist

Location: Pine Brook, NJ


As the Marketing Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind our innovative campaigns and shaping the future of our brand. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 gig; it's a chance to unleash your marketing skills, execute your ideas, and make a real impact. We need a self-starter who proactively takes initiative to transform the front end of our business and incorporate a robust digital presence in the form of marketing, sales and social media.


What you'll do:

● Craft and execute creative marketing campaigns 

● Track successes and areas of improvement through data analytics 

● Collaborate with individuals both in and outside the company to drive business growth

● Take charge of our social media presence and expand with measurable success plan

● Create marketing materials that leave a lasting impression

● Explore the market landscape through extensive research, always staying one step ahead


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

● 1-2 years of experience in marketing

● Experience with social media marketing and email marketing

● Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Preferred qualifications:

Experience in copywriting

Experience with email marketing and marketing automation

Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana or Basecamp
