Founded by a practicing psychic medium, SoulSeer connects clients with readers for personal guidance through online readings. We’re looking for readers who bring experience, compassion, professionalism, and respect for their clients’ independence.
Previous experience providing readings through at least one online psychic or spiritual reading platform is required. Please include the platforms you have worked on and links to your reader profiles or reviews where available.
The opportunity
Provide readings remotely through chat, voice, and/or video, using the abilities and tools that suit your practice. Specialties may include psychic readings, tarot, mediumship, clairvoyance, astrology, and other forms of spiritual guidance.
Readers set their own availability and rates within the platform’s limits. Additional earning opportunities include scheduled readings, paid messages, shop sales, and livestreaming as those features become available to readers.
What you’ll do
Deliver thoughtful, professional readings within your areas of experience.
Communicate clearly and treat clients with compassion and respect.
Maintain client confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
Keep your profile, availability, and service descriptions accurate.
Honor accepted appointments and communicate promptly about scheduling changes.
Support SoulSeer’s growth through ethical promotion and community participation.
What we’re looking for
Prior experience giving readings on an online reading platform.
The ability to describe your experience, specialties, and reading methods clearly.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Reliable internet access and equipment suitable for your chosen reading formats.
A private, appropriate environment for client sessions.
Professional conduct without pressure tactics, fear-based selling, or guaranteed outcomes.
Experience in every reading format or specialty is not required.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
During the initial launch phase, readers receive 60% of eligible platform revenue, and SoulSeer retains 40% to support operations, advertising, and client acquisition.
SoulSeer will transition to 70% for readers and 30% for the platform when revenue sustainably supports ongoing operations. Readers will receive written notice of the transition date; no specific date is guaranteed.
The same split applies across eligible reader earnings from readings, paid messages, shop sales, and livestream activities. Percentages are calculated after applicable payment-processing fees and adjustments, as described in the reader agreement.
There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, booking volume, or minimum income. Earnings depend on paid activity through the platform.
