A Salesforce Lead Consultant is a key player in the technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects. They are expected to have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and extensive experience in Salesforce-specific development practices.



What you will do:


  • Develop efficient and scalable code using Apex programming and Visualforce page development while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Create Lightning Components using the Lightning Web Components framework and Aura Components, utilizing modern JavaScript and frontend technologies.
  • Implement Salesforce integration patterns for both real-time and batch processes using various integration platforms and APIs.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain secure and optimized code, ensuring high-quality through thorough testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Apply DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and agile methodologies to manage and streamline the development lifecycle.
  • Debug complex technical issues efficiently and provide effective solutions quickly, using strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and management skills in guiding development teams, while effectively communicating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.


What you will bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree or other IT-related degree.
  • Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens with the ability to obtain and maintain US Government’s Public Trust security clearance.
  • At least 6+ years of professional experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, performing project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement, and optimize) of the Salesforce platform while delivering in an Agile framework.
  • Solid understanding of IT delivery methodology and experience leading teams in the implementation of solutions according to the design/architecture.
  • Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases) and business workflows.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels with both technical and business resources.
  • Proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s).

  • Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.
  • Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks, changing priorities, and timely action; experience with Agile methodologies and Agile project management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with software development team members.
  • Experience with other open source technologies preferred.
