Datacenter Technician

Location: Englewood, CO

Schedule: Onsite 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Duration: 12-18 month contract

Pay: $23-27/hour


A client in the Englewood area is looking for a Data Center Technician to join our IT team. The Data Center Technician’s responsibilities include:

  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center equipment and networks.
  • Monitoring system performance and identifying problems.
  • Performing server backup, data recovery, and network upgrades.
  • Maintaining a secure and robust network environment.
  • Documenting procedures, system anomalies, and outages. Collaborating closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and data center operations. Familiarity with server installations and network updates is also required.


Desired Skillset:

  • 1-3 years of IT experience, ideally in a Data Center environment
  • Basic knowledge around racking, stacking, cabling (specifically with fiber, ethernet, and coax)
  • Understanding of equipment power consumption
