Essential Requirements
  • 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years of progressive professional growth in a customer-facing services delivery role
  • Ability to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the company and with our customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Proven experience with client-facing professional services delivery from presentations,
  • documentation, workshops, and interviews to full-scale enterprise-wide technology services delivery
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts, build consensus, and deliver high-quality work products
  • Familiarization with / command of:
    • Legacy (including Mainframe) & modern application and database architectures with focus server, storage, networking virtualization, and containerization.
    • Enterprise architecture, infrastructure (network, storage, compute) as well as backup and replication technologies
  • Experience working on project teams within a defined methodology while adhering to margin, planning, and CSOW requirements.
  • Understanding of telco network components, including Radio Access Network (RAN),
  • Core, Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Business Support Systems (BSS).
  • Desire and ability to travel internationally to customer premises for the duration of the lab project as defined in CSOW.
  • General test tools, simulator, and traffic generator knowledge (Viavi, Keysight, Spirent).
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Management, Computer Science /
  • Technical).
Desirable Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with Red Hat server-based products (RHEL, OpenStack, OpenShift, CentOS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with telco protocols (e.g., 5G, LTE, IMS) and network functions (e.g., EPC,
vRAN, SD-WAN).
  • Technical understanding of Red Hat infrastructure products/service offerings:
OpenStack, OpenShift, RedHat OpenShift Kubernetes Service (ROKS)
  • Exposure in Datacenter technologies including Red Hat, TCP/IP, BGP, STP, HSRP,NAT, SNMP, ACLs, Routing, Switching, etc.
  • Expert knowledge in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network, virtualization,
and containerization products.
  • Experience working with Red Hat products in technical areas including hypervisor, drivers, management interfaces/processes, etc.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution (Management, Computer Science /
  • Technical) a plus.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas
Required Skills:
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Red Hat environments.
• VxRail experience including concepts, upgrades, troubleshooting, VxVerify, RASR, etc.
• Exposure to Cloud Native systems built on Micro Services architectures utilizing
Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD Tools
• experience with Dell PowerEdge servers (iDRAC, LCM) with Dell OpenManage
integration
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Agile Practices
• Experience with SAN Storage and data protection solutions (Dell
PowerStore/PowerMax, RP4VM, Avamar, Networker)
Desired Skills:
• Exposure to Cloud Native systems built on Micro Services architectures utilizing
Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD Tools
• experience with Dell PowerEdge servers (iDRAC, LCM) with Dell OpenManage
integration
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Agile Practices
• Automate infrastructure build and configuration leveraging PowerShell/PowerCLI/vRO
• Experiences/knowledge in containers, Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and
deployment, packaging, and operational building blocks (i.e. Deployments, Services,
Kube API, Helm, Habor etc);
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, monitoring, and logging solutions; Experience and
or familiarity with public cloud-managed Kubernetes services such as Amazon EKS,
GKE, Google Anthos, and Azure Kubernetes Service
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Virtualization

Telco Cloud Networking

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of core networking topics
• Hands-On experience with micro-segmentation, federation, and network security
distributed firewall, Load Balancers, SD-WAN
• Provide technical guidance and support to delivery engineers throughout all phases of a
project including Project Launch Workshops, Kickoff calls, lessons learned, etc. as
needed.
• Review client deliverables to identify opportunities to improve quality through training,
mentoring, product offering improvement, and talent acquisition.
• Monitor environmental performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.

Dell Technology Infrastructure Block with Red hat Platform

Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, including its architecture,
components, and deployment models.
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and containerization principles.
• Ability to operate and configure OpenShift clusters for telco-specific use cases.
• Experience with Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
deployments and administration. This includes building new infrastructure on bare metal
infrastructure.
• Experience with tooling to support monitoring, telemetry, logging, reporting/
dashboarding, and continuous delivery technologies.
• Able to write design and support documents for both RHV and OCP operations i.e. –
patching, adding to clusters, logging, etc.
• Monitor environmental performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (IaC) such as Chef,
Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform
• Ability to define infrastructure requirements as code and manage infrastructure changes.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and
continuous integration.
• Knowledge of Helm charts, Operators, and Git repositories for managing application
deployments.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with telco protocols (e.g., 5G, LTE, IMS) and network functions (e.g., EPC,
vRAN, SD-WAN).
• Knowledge of application lifecycle and management (CI/CD, GitOps, etc)
• Software development skills preferred experience with APIs and automation/scripting to
create tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and customization.
• Familiarity with Go or Java for writing custom operators or extensions.
• Knowledge of telco security requirements and best practices.
• Familiarity with securing containerized workloads and network traffic.
• Exposure to Cloud Native systems built on Micro Services architectures utilizing
Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD Tools
• Automate infrastructure build and configuration leveraging PowerShell/PowerCLI/vRO
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• Kubernetes certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified Kubernetes
Application Developer)
