Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager - Regional Sales & Special Needs Support is responsible for ensuring that our magazine's regional territories meet high-quality standards while also driving sales initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage quality assurance across multiple regions, support sales efforts, and assist with administrative tasks related to programs that empower the special needs community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Quality Assurance Management:
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for our magazine's regional territories, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain consistency across different regions.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Sales Integration:
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into sales strategies.
  • Create Marketing Campaigns that can universally be integrated.
  • Assist sales teams in conducting sales meetings with clients
  • Create a marketing plan for interns to implement
  • Administrative Support for Special Needs Programs:
  • Provide local administrative support for programs designed to empower the special needs community.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, workshops, and other initiatives that benefit special needs individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and outcomes.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer inquiries within your region, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in both quality and service.
  • Regularly meet with key clients to discuss their needs and ensure their expectations are being met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our quality assurance and sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • (Preferred) bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the special needs community and experience in related programs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and relevant software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the magazine or publishing industry.
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with special needs advocacy and support programs.

Compensation:

  • 30 hours per week in office| 5-10 hours per week remote or onsite at an event
  •  Starting Salary of 30k
