Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory, implementing effective in-store marketing strategies, and utilizing creative approaches to outperform the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with retailers to implement impactful in-store marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader campaigns.
- Train and support retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Demonstrate creativity in overcoming obstacles and capturing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
