The Miami boutique stands as a luxury destination, offering an exclusive selection of Italian luxury apparel to a discerning customer base.


**Responsibilities:**

The appointed Store Manager will be tasked with:

- Leading exceptional customer service initiatives, setting new benchmarks in luxury retail.

- Preserving the boutique’s luxurious image in alignment with the brand’s esteemed identity.

- Managing day-to-day operations, inventory oversight, and team performance, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

- Directing strategic efforts to enhance boutique performance, aligning with company-wide objectives.

- Utilizing analytical insights to inform decision-making and strategies, aiming to exceed financial goals.

- Promoting omnichannel integration to ensure a seamless and enriched shopping experience across all platforms.

- Demonstrating proficiency in Excel for data analysis and inventory management.


**Candidate Profile:**

- Extensive experience in luxury retail management.

- Strong leadership skills with a history of motivating, managing, and developing high-performance teams.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly regarded.

- Expertise in retail management software and technology, with a particular emphasis on Excel.

- A customer-centric mentality, committed to enhancing shopping experiences.
