We serve adults, adolescents, school-age children, children in custody of the Department of Children and Families/ Foster Care, Child Welfare, LGBTQAI+, CSA survivors, and immigrant families.

Role Description

This is a fee-for-service with opportunity for full-time hybrid, on-site and telehealth roles for Psychotherapists and Counselors at Anacaona Counseling Psychotherapy, LCSW-R. P.L.L.C. located in Tarrytown, New York. As Psychotherapists and Counselors, you will be responsible for providing therapy or counseling services to individuals, couples, groups, and/or families. You will assess clients' mental health, develop treatment plans, and provide emotional support and guidance to help clients manage and overcome their challenges.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Master in Social Work (MSW) with a clinical track concentration, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master in Counseling, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC-2) or related field with equivalent experience.
• Experience in conducting individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques.
• Ethical, empathic, and compassionate.
