We are seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to join our client's team in New York, NY 10041.
Position Details:
- Job Title: EEO Investigator
- Location: New York, NY 10041 (On-site)
- Start Date: September 84, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
- Pay Rate: $68–$73/hour ( Based on Experience )
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws.
- Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses, and prepare detailed investigative reports.
- Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to support fair and compliant workplace practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (J.D. preferred).
- 4+ years of experience conducting EEO/workplace investigations.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws.
- Excellent investigative, interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
